Federica Vacca

Federica is an Italian senior physiotherapist specialised in musculoskeletal conditions and sports injury rehabilitation. Federica has several years of experience, her core skills are hands-on treatments and postural re-educational programs. Alongside her physiotherapy qualification she is also a certified Pilates instructor (APPI trained). Her practice is focused on evidence-based methods, meticulous clinical assessment, and tailored rehabilitation programs. Federica played volleyball at a semi-professional level in Italy.
