Therefore, we have created a dedicated service for those people who wish to re-gain physical strength and reduce the risk of injuries. Our qualified Level 3 personal trainers will work in tandem with Physiotherapists/Osteopaths to ensure that each program will be TARGETED to your specific needs knowing what YOU SHOULD or SHOULD NOT be doing.

Our trainers have all worked at a professional level in various sports including boxing and rugby. This has given them the ability to understand the physical needs and requirements of any sport!
