3. Appointments

• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A confirmation will be sent once the booking is completed.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the missed appointment.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply.

4. Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of your session unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment as specified on our website.
• Package deals or promotional discounts must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds for unused sessions or packages are only available in exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of The Physio Box Clinic.
• If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days, and we will address your concerns.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Health Information: Clients must disclose all relevant medical history and current health conditions during their initial consultation.
• Compliance: Clients are responsible for following the advice and exercise programs provided by their therapist.
• Respect: Clients are expected to treat staff and other clients with respect. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Liability
