Enrico Garfield

Enrico is a passionate and versatile Chartered Physiotherapist. He believes physical therapy should be about maximising the client’s movement possibilities. He is specialised in treating Musculo-skeletal injuries with an integrated neuro-muscular approach.
During his formation as a Physio, Enrico was able to work in the Italian National Health System gaining experience in many different aspects of rehabilitation including orthopaedic, neurological and cardio-respiratory conditions.
In the private sector Enrico has worked both independently and in a private multidisciplinary clinic specialised in Musculo-skeletal injuries. Here he worked in conjunction with orthopaedic specialists and had a chance to treat athletes that competed in the Italian Olympic team.
In London Enrico has worked for The Practice with excellent results and reviews from clients.
Enrico is specialised in treating Musculo-skeletal conditions through manual therapy and by empowering the patient through self-management and guided exercise. His approach is based on the integration of neurological and muscular features of movement. This allows to maximise recovery and aim at long term results.
A careful listener Enrico will gladly interact with speakers of English, French, Spanish, and Italian being fluent in all these languages. He has trained in Muay Thai, Aerial Acrobatics, Postural Training. He currently practises Capoeira.
