Cristiana

Cristiana is a passionate HCPC-registered physiotherapist with several years of clinical experience in the NHS and private sector. She has worked with a wide range of patients – from high performing athletes to those recovering from surgery or managing long-term conditions. She works closely with patients to help them move better with less pain, recover faster and achieve their goals.
Her key areas include sports rehabilitation, post-operative surgery and APPI Matt work Pilates. She integrates Clinical Pilates in her sessions to support recovery through guided movement, breath control and body awareness. She is particularly passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and guiding them through their rehab journey by combining manual therapy, education, sports prescription and the use of electrotherapy.
She uses her clinical experience, knowledge and evidence-based approach to deliver a tailored and quality treatment.
She has also worked in digital health innovation, alongside  NHS England, creating updated physiotherapy content, exercise databases and facilitating the client’s access to different healthcare providers and facilities across the country. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
