Alice Feltham

Alice, a Senior Physiotherapist (HCPC/CSP registered) and certified Pilates instructor (APPI trained), brings a wealth of experience from her work in NHS Trauma and Orthopaedics. With years of clinical practice in both hospital and private settings, Alice also holds qualifications as a Sports Massage Therapist.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Alice enjoys practicing Pilates, running, netball, and horse riding in her free time.

Her passion lies in integrating clinical physiotherapy expertise with Pilates to promote mindful movement, correct muscular imbalances, rehabilitate injuries, improve posture, and enhance overall physical and mental well-being.
