Although we aren’t with you in person, we can still carry out a comprehensive assessment of your injury and get the ball rolling with your recovery virtually.

This can be achieved through a verbal assessment, which allows us to understand the symptoms and educate you on your diagnosis, providing you with advices and a tailored home exercise programme to go away with.
